Project Manager (m/w/d)
You supervise waterfall IT projects through all imponderables with confidence. As an IT project manager, you implement digitization projects with your team from start to finish in a challenging environment. You communicate with other project managers and stakeholders. In addition to classic project management, your tasks also include making presentations, e.g., on project status and project topics in steering committees and at the management level. You are responsible for executing resource planning, monitoring, and controlling project performance. Scrum Master (m/w/d)
As a Scrum Master, you apply agile and team development fundamentals, support your team and the Product Owner, and ensure compliance with the agile values and process. You promote the change to an agile organization for our customers. You are the coach of the team and the product owner – in the process and in the methods, values, and principles of agile working. You moderate the agile events (e.g., Daily, Review, Retrospective, etc.) and protect the team from internal and external negative influences (impediments). Product Owner (m/w/d)
As a product owner, you are actively responsible for managing customer projects (budget, time, scope, and resources). You support the development of a project vision with the customer, advise and lead the customer in the project, and identify and use potentials. Test Manager (m/w/d)
With your understanding of systems and analytical approach, as well as your ability to map requirements into complex test scenarios in a heterogeneous system environment, you are a recognized team player. You are responsible for the test strategy and the fitting test process and take over coordinating and controlling all test activities in our customers‘ projects. You support our customers in selecting and adapting suitable test tools and coordinate these with the test partners.
